Rules & guarantees
- New users get 1 training credit on sign-up — good for 1 Training-mode session, 2 Realistic-mode sessions, or as partial balance toward a Stress-mode session.
- A credit is deducted only when the interview voice connection is established (you can hear the AI officer speak); failed connections or microphone problems cost nothing.
- Credits never expire. Orders entirely unused within 7 days of purchase are fully refundable; partly used orders are refunded pro-rata — see the Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe: CNY pricing supports international cards; MYR pricing also supports FPX and other local methods.
